Woodboy Floor Buffer

The Floor Service Woodboy® 4000/32-3 is the perfect machine for screening, inter-coat abrasion, final sanding, de-nibbing and oiling wooden floors.

Light & Easy to use

 Some floor buffers are very heavy, the Floorboy® is just 32kg, making it superb for the purpose its designed for, final finishing & oiling. You don’t need a big heavy machine for these tasks. If you had the heavy machine and the Floorboy® at your disposal (we have), we promise you,  you’ll take the Floorboy® every time. An extra weight is available if you need it, for grinding concrete or sub floor preparation, but for wood, its perfect as it is. 

Dustcare Sanding

A built in dust extraction hose makes the Floorboy® a dustless system once connected to a vacuum hose, use either your Festool type vac or a backpac vac and you’ll find, this machine is the best in its class. The machine takes 16″ 406mm screens or sanding discs.

Multidisc Satellite Sanding

Add our optional extra Multidisc Satellite attachment and turn the Woodboy into an even more versatile finishing sander. With 5 sanding heads that freely rotate on a steel bearing, the Satellite disc removes chatter and sanding scratches from the big belt machine better than a hardplate. Takes 150mm sanding discs. The Starcke 6 or 8 hole discs line up with the extraction holes making the Multi-disc Satellite sanding disc a dust free process. 

Oiling & Staining

The Floor Service Floorboy® is the perfect machine for applying oils and stains with its 150 rpm spin speed. 

Comes complete with pad drive and dust hose.
